Civil law services

Our office provides the following services in the field of civil law:

• Conducting litigation proceedings, non-litigation proceedings, probate proceedings and administrative proceedings before the competent state authorities;
• Undertaking various procedural actions relating to the right of ownership, copyright and other property rights;
• Representing clients in mediation proceedings;
• Representing legal entities and individuals before the courts of the Republic of Macedonia in civil disputes;
• Representing clients in enforcement proceedings;
• Establishing and acquiring ownership rights over real estate for domestic and foreign individuals and legal entities, at home and abroad;
• Representing and protecting the rights and interests of individuals and legal entities from the country and abroad before the courts, state administration bodies, arbitration tribunals and international courts.
